Digital Dragons Conference will take place between May 19th and 21st in Cracow, Poland. The tickets at regular, not increased prices are available only until the end of April!

An interesting proposition for those interested in PC game publishing will be a lecture by Augusta Butlin, a long-time Business Development Specialist at Valve Corporation. She will outline Steam’s vision for 2024, presenting the latest trends, functionality development, and the future of the platform.



There will be no shortage of representatives of the Polish game development scene either. Notably, an interactive lecture by Maria Mazur (Quest Designer) from CD PROJEKT RED, where participants will analyze and then collectively redesign a sequence in Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty.

Speakers include representatives from a global giant – Activision, a leading worldwide developer, publisher, and distributor of interactive entertainment and products whose mission is to create the most iconic brands in gaming and entertainment and deliver unrivaled gaming experiences for the world to enjoy, together. Aaron Limonick, World Art Director, will talk about creating persuasive worlds. Alex Bereznyak, Central Animation Technology Director, will tell the story of the disruptive technologies that are set to revolutionize the industry in the coming years. The duo of Megan Starks (Narrative Director) and Michał Madej (Design Director) will share their expertise in creating a positive work environment. In turn, Mateusz Piaskiewicz (Principal Designer) will give tips on how to quickly become an experienced level designer.



What awaits at Digital Dragons Conference 2024?

This year, for the first time, the program will be expanded to include thematic summits hosted at the Park Inn by Radisson Hotel during the first day of the event – Game Design Summit powered by Anshar Studios & Fool’s Theory, Games Marketing Summit, and Legal Summit powered by Rymarz Zdort Maruta.

Digital Dragons Conference 2024 (May 19-21) is not only about specialized lectures at the ICE Krakow Congress Centre and Park Inn by Radisson Hotel but also events for independent game developers (Indie Showcase, Digital Dragons Arena), the prestigious Digital Dragons Awards gala celebrating the best Polish games of the past year, meetings in the Business Networking Zone, and less formal accompanying events (Badge Pickup Party, Digital Dragons Party).

Digital Dragons is a comprehensive ecosystem supporting the game industry, created by Krakow Technology Park, which, besides the conference, offers activities for budding game development enthusiasts (Digital Dragons Academy), incubation and acceleration programmes, and the organization of the largest Polish game jam – KrakJam.
