Embark on an enthralling journey through the depths of the Underworld in AsHes – the newest title from Yanmo Games, launching on Steam Early Access on June 24th.

As a young boy, you’ve eagerly listened to your grandmother’s stories about ghosts, ghouls, a mysterious place called YaoShan, the cursed Yin Ruins, and the tragic story of the Liu family. However, as much as you loved your nana, you’ve always treated them as thrilling fairytales told by a superstitious old woman. Until you are old enough to notice all the misfortune that has been plaguing your family for years. Being an inquisitive young man, you’ve started digging into your family history, quickly discovering that there’s much more to your beloved grandma’s stories than you thought. Oh, how you wish she was still around to answer all your questions.

But now you’re the only one that can lift your family’s curse. You could, of course, leave it all be, but instead, you decide to hit the road, following clues left by your deceased grandmother, to find YaoShan. And of course, like every young, ambitious, and naïve boy, you’re completely unprepared for the horrors lurking beneath the thousand-year-old story…

Immersive exploration – In a realm shrouded in dread, you'll traverse eerie landscapes, encounter various ghosts, and follow their stories.
Heart-pounding survival adventure – Surviving in this underworld demands courage and cunning, as danger lurks around every corner. Search for food, build shelters, and craft your own weapons to stay alive.
Dungeons filled with horrifying creatures – Some ghosts you meet along the way must be vanquished, while others avoided. Utilize the environment and resources and cooperate with other players to enhance your chances of survival.
Gripping narrative – Discover a gripping storyline populated by unique ghosts. Confront your deepest fears and uncover the stories behind the ghosts as you navigate your way through the Underworld.

AsHes is being developed by Live Studio and will be published by Yanmo Games on Steam Early Access on June 24th.
