After garnering the highest play count during June's Steam NextFest, Frozen District, the developers behind House Flipper 2, are thrilled to reveal a set of innovative new features:

  • Build homes from scratch in Sandbox Mode, recreate real-life buildings, or construct ones using your imagination.
  • Restore and renovate properties.
  • Take on Challenging Contracts in the community.
  • Experience a story of transformation told in the four unique neighborhoods of the coastal community of Pinnacove.


Following five years dedicated to enhancing the initial release, House Flipper 2 emerges, backed by the success of its predecessor, which boasted over 5 million copies sold, a peak of 18,000 concurrent players on Steam, and an impressive collection of six expansion packs.
